Signed in blue felt tip by Axl Rose, signed in black felt tip by Slash who adds "2015", Duff who adds " '14", and Steven Adler who adds "GNR" and the lyric "Patience, all you need is a little" from 1989 GNR track "Patience", a track on which acoustic guitar features prominently.

Guitars signed on the body by classic lineup GNR members are very rare and desirable. This full sized Carlo Robelli acoustic guitar comes with a Letter of Authenticity from JSA (James Spence Authentication).
