CRIA Gold Album award for George Thorogood and the Destroyers video 30th Anniversary Tour - Live In Europe. Released in 2004, it was certified Gold by the CRIA (Canadian Recording Industry Association) on Feb. 1, 2005.*

The video release chronicled Thorogood's tour and was filmed at the Royal Concert Hall in Nottingham, England on May 4, 2004. It included his classic songs and covers "Who Do You Love", "I Drink Alone", "One Bourbon, One Scotch, One Beer, "Bad To The Bone" and more.

Detailed Item Description: This is a CRIA Gold award manufactured in 2005 making it approx. 20 years old. It is presented to MSO. It is not known what role MSO played in the creation or marketing of the concert video.

This award is in Excellent condition with original manufacturer's sticker. It has only a very minor mar or two on its metal frame.

Notes on the condition of all vintage awards: Please do not buy this item if you want a brand new piece of memorabilia. These are historical artifacts from the year they were produced. As a result they may show signs of wear. Frankly, if you see a 20 to 50-year-old award purported to be in 100% perfect condition, it might be too good to be true. After all, an antique should have "good' wear. If not, you might want to question the piece.

As to where they came from, they could have been displayed in record label offices, recording studios, artist manager's offices, radio stations, private collector's homes and yes, of course, possibly the artist's or songwriter's home.
